Meet The Team
Eric Jones brings a powerful combination of experience and passion to Milk & Honey Restorations. With over 25 years of hands-on carpentry expertise, he takes pride in transforming visions into beautiful, long-lasting realities. But Eric's skillset extends beyond the toolbox. His background in architectural design and drafting from the University of New Hampshire's civil engineering program provides a strong foundation in architectural principles.
Further sharpening his abilities, Eric honed his skills in computer-aided design (AutoCAD), project management, and team leadership during his time as a construction project manager for one of New Hampshire's premier builders. This experience allows Eric to translate client visions into detailed construction plans that ensure a smooth and successful project from start to finish.
Beyond his technical expertise lies a powerful personal story. Eric's journey of overcoming addiction grants him a unique understanding of the challenges faced by individuals in recovery. This fuels his passion for Milk & Honey Restorations and allows him to serve as a role model and mentor.

With 17 years of experience in healthcare administration, Jen brings strong organizational and communication skills to Milk & Honey Restorations. Her passion for helping others stems from her personal experience supporting a loved one through addiction. Witnessing her friend and co-founder Eric's successful recovery journey fueled her desire to create a program that empowers others on the path to a brighter future. As Operations Manager, Jen ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of Milk & Honey Restorations while also playing a key role in supporting our recovery program participants.
